LuxoSurf.com reserves every right to suspend, disable or cancel an account if they violate these terms and conditions stated below:

I. Registration Conditions - Users must use a valid e-mail address when signing up and must use their own payment processor accounts on their profiles. If user is found to be using a 3rd party account and not their accounts on file, they will be suspended or their account could get cancelled.

Users are not allowed to sign up for multiple accounts, if user is found to violate this very important rule, then the user gets banned from the program.

All contact will be made using the registered e-mail address. So be sure to use a real e-mail address for your account.

II. Upgrades and Cashouts - Users are allowed to upgrade multiple times on any plan they choose. You can upgrade using multiple payment processors and upgrade as many times as you wish for each plan.

Cashouts can be made daily on the daily plan. Cashouts are processed multiple times daily but can take up to 48 hours depending on the situation.

We currently accept Alertpay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney.

III. Violations - Since our site is an autosurf, adding sites to the rotator is a big part where the violations usually will take place, like adding an invalid site. Here is a list of invalid or sites that are not allowed to be added: framebreakers, porn sites, ptp pages, and those sites that have viruses, malwares and trojans. We will terminate any account that is found to be in violation with these terms and conditions.

We expect everyone to abide by these terms and conditions and extreme measures will be taken if anyone violates any part.
